PRAYER OF SULTAN MURAD-I HÜDAVENDİGAR

” My God! If this storm broke out because of the sins of this helpless servant of Murad, do not punish my innocent soldiers!…
My God! They came here only to glorify your name and convey Islam!…
Divine! So many times you did not deprive me of victory, you always answered my prayer. I seek refuge in you again; accept my prayer! Give us a rain and this dust cloud will disappear…
Let’s see the infidel’s soldiers clearly and fight face to face
Oh God! Both the property and this servant of yours belong to you, I am a helpless servant… You know my intentions and secrets best… Property and property are not my purpose, I only want your consent.
Oh God! Defeat these believing soldiers at the hands of the infidels and grant them a victory so that all Muslims can celebrate Eid!… If you wish, this Murad may be sacrificed for the sake of your servant on that Eid day!…
Oh God! Don’t make me the reason for the destruction of so many Muslim soldiers! Help them and grant them victory! Don’t make me the reason for the destruction of these Muslim soldiers! Help them and accept them! I am willing to surrender the soul for the sake of Asakir-i Islam,
“Only so that my soul may be sacrificed for the sake of these believers. You have made me a veteran… Finally, please and generously make me a martyr.”
AMIN…
