The Yıldırım Bayezid Tomb was built by Yıldırım’s son Süleyman Çelebi in 1406. The architect of the tomb is Hüseyin Oğlu Ali (Ali, the son of Hüseyin). It has a square plan, measuring 10.5×10.5 meters. It is the first mausoleum of the Ottoman period with its portico entrance covered by three small domes. While the sarcophagus of Yildirim Beyazid is located in the middle of the tomb, the sarcophagus of his son Isa Çelebi is located on the right, sarcophagi of his wife and two people. whose names are unknown are situated on the left.
